The Cocoonr agency offers this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in Monticello, with mountain views, a surface area of 45 m² and capacity for up to 4 guests.
Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 30 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, hotplates, and more - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to provide you with the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron. Outside: - A 7 m² covered terrace, facing east, with a glimpse of the sea and outdoor furniture to make the most of sunny days The flat is ideally located in Monticello, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Activities: - Hiking in the Bonifato forest - Visit to the Abbey of Saint-Michel de Murato - Swimming and scuba diving at Île Rousse - Visit the village of Monticello - Bird watching at Cap Corse Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (one vehicle). For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful: - Bus stop 5 minutes away on foot with regular shuttles every day - Nearest train station: L'Île-Rousse, 7 km away - Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine, 27 km away Other comments: - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

A simple apartment, furinished in a beautiful way

The apartment was very clean. The kichen is well accessorised, with everything needed. In general - it's very comfortable and a a nice vibe.
The balcony and path to the apartment weren't sweeped. The sleeping room was still cold in March - there's a heating but we couldn't operate it. The host tried contacting the apartment's oowners about it but they didn't respond. Wi-Fi couldn habe been nice.
