SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $199.

This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $2000 of damage. *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void.

In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you.

Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for.

If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
