The apartment features 2 bedrooms, along with a combined living, dining, and kitchen area equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The kitchen includes standard cookware, a Brita pitcher, and a single-serve coffee machine.
Bathrooms come with clean towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
We offer easy self-check-in and nearby garage parking across the street for $25/day.
Pets are welcome for $25 per pet.
A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition.
House Rules: Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, with a $300 fee for violations.
Bicycles: Welcome at no extra charge.
If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we offer secure storage with LoxxBoxx at the rear entrance of 100 Smithfield Street.
You’ll receive a personal 4-digit code to access both the entrance and your locker.

I enjoyed the location very much. It was so easy to get to, everything was walking distance and the view was gorgeous. The rooms were tidy with comfortable furniture and smelled pleasant. I plan on trying to stay here anytime i am in the city.

The location was perfect, the bed was cozy and the rooms were clean. It was everything you hope your hotel room would be and the managers were very kind.

Overall a great place to stay and you cannot beat the location for walking to the north shore, stadium and popular restaurants.
