The space features a bedroom with 1 single bed and 2 bunk beds, plus a living, dining, and kitchen area equipped for a comfortable stay.
The kitchen includes basic items, a Brita pitcher, and a single-serve coffee machine.
Bathrooms are stocked with clean towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of toiletries.
A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition.
We offer easy self-check-in, garage parking across the street for just $25/day, and welcome pets for $25/pet.
Bicycles are also welcome at no extra charge.
Please note, no parties or smoking are allowed; violations incur a $300 fine.
If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we offer secure storage with LoxxBoxx at the rear entrance of 100 Smithfield Street.
