Enjoy this private apartment in the heart of Downtown Pittsburgh! Ideal for conference-goers, tourists, sports and art enthusiasts, and business travelers, this cozy efficiency apartment is just steps from top destinations, event venues, restaurants, and bars.
The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a combined living, dining, and kitchen area equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The kitchen includes standard cookware, a Brita pitcher, and a single-serve coffee machine.
Bathrooms are stocked with clean towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
We offer easy self-check-in and convenient garage parking across the street for $25/day.
Pets are also welcome for $25 per pet.
A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition.
House Rules: Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, with a $300 fee for violations.
Bicycles: Welcome at no extra charge.
If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we offer secure storage with LoxxBoxx at the rear entrance of 100 Smithfield Street.
You’ll receive a personal 4-digit code to access both the entrance and your locker.
I give my guests space but am available when needed.
We are available for messaging on the app, and our phone number is on file for emergencies.
Stay your way with our customizable add-ons! After booking, you can use our guest registration form to purchase options like early check-in, late check-out, bag drop, and parking for $25/day.

I enjoyed the location very much. It was so easy to get to, everything was walking distance and the view was gorgeous. The rooms were tidy with comfortable furniture and smelled pleasant. I plan on trying to stay here anytime i am in the city.

Overall a great place to stay and you cannot beat the location for walking to the north shore, stadium and popular restaurants.
