Located on the 1st floor of a stone building, with a private entrance, warm and friendly, Le Rayon Vert is perfect for a stay with family or friends! It offers all the comforts of home, combining modernity with old-world charm for an exceptional stay in Bordeaux. This flat is composed as follows - A lovely, cosy living room with sofa, coffee table, television and dining table for four people - An open-plan kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of cooking utensils. - Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160X200) and en-suite bathroom with shower - Bedroom 2 with a single bed (90X190) - Bedroom 3 with a single bed (90X190) - Bathroom with walk-in shower - A separate WC For your convenience, there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux, very close to the beaches, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Neighbourhood : - When you stay at Le Rayon, you're in the centre of Bordeaux - 5 minutes' walk from tramway line A (Hôtel de Police stop) - 4 stops from Place Pey Berland and its famous cathedral - On foot, you're 1 km from Rue Sainte-Catherine, Europe's longest pedestrian street, and 1.5 km from Bordeaux's historic quarter with all its restaurants and bars. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby public car park. For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Bordeaux, about 25 minutes away on line 1 - Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport, 25 minutes by car - We recommend that you use your car to make the most of your stay. Other remarks : - Quality sheets, towels, tea towels and a few coffee capsules are provided and your bed is made on arrival. - Of course, Wi-Fi is available and free of charge! Self check-in possible: You can collect the keys from a key box on site, or choose to be greeted by a member of our team. Le Rayon "Bel appartement moderne et bien situé au centre ville.
Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne toujours pas, pas de store occultant pour la nuit et pas de climatiseur comme indiqué sur l’annonce.
Le reste était parfait."

Le Rayon "Appartement propre, bien agencé, tout refait, les machines n’étaient d’ailleurs pas branchées (dommage pour le lave vaisselle !), en plein centre de Bordeaux, très pratique mais malheureusement voisins très bruyants.

Logement spacieux, idéal pour être à plusieurs.
