This detached cottage is situated on the outskirts of the small hamlet of Shiskine, and the main living space which is open plan with the kitchen and dining area, takes in the views from all angles.
French doors open out to the back garden with patio area, where guests can enjoy the views with a glass of wine.
In the morning, throw open the bedroom curtains and relax in bed with a morning coffee and take in the beautiful views.
The wood burner makes this cottage really cosy in the cooler months, so great for a winter getaway. The Stables has been built to take advantage of the stunning countryside, and is in the grounds of the main house which is not a permanent residence.
Access to the property is shared, with The Stables having its own parking space and private garden.
Blackwaterfoot is less than 2 miles away where there are many amenities, it offers a convenience store, butchers, bakers and a hotel with leisure facilities, including a restaurant and bar which may be used by non residents.
There is also a beach and golf club, Blackwaterfoot is known for its amazing pink sunsets, which guests may be lucky to experience during their stay.

Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile. Free WiFi We highly recommend that you book your ferry as soon as possible as ferries get very busy.

Amazing cottage with stunning views of the sea and moorland.
Perfectly situated on the island to be able to get to either shoreline and the fantastic Machrie Moor standing stones.
Cottage was fully equipped with everything you needed. Only down side was we found the bed uncomfortable.
Arran was everything we had hoped for and more. Hopefully be back again some day.
