Cocoonr agency offers you this magnificent 105 m² duplex flat for rent, on the first floor (no lift) of a 19th century stone building in the heart of Bordeaux, rue Sainte Catherine.
It can accommodate up to 2 people. This Divine flat will win you over with its vast spaces, exposed beams and high ceilings.
In a warm and friendly setting, combining old-world charm with contemporary decor, you'll be able to make the most of life in Bordeaux. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. Divine is composed as follows: First floor: - A magnificent living room with a large dining table - A balcony overlooking Rue Sainte Catherine with a table and chairs - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, five-burner gas cooker, etc. - Separate WC 1st floor: (accessed by a beautiful staircase) - A large lounge area with sofa and flat-screen TV - One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower overlooking the bedroom and a toilet - A large dressing room - A study area For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux's pedestrianised rue Sainte Catherine (the longest pedestrianised street in Europe), within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques (a supermarket is just 20 m from the flat). You'll be a stone's throw from Pey Berland Cathedral, the Musée d'Aquitaine, Place de la Victoire and the quayside. Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park 100 m from the flat (paying car park), the Victor Hugo car park. - Saint Jean station is 10 minutes away by tram. - The airport is 30 minutes away by tram - A VCub station is 50 m away - Tramway lines A, B, C and D are 5 minutes' walk away and can take you wherever you want to visit Bordeaux. On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
